SahiScanConvert an image
Change between formats when a portal will only take one of them.
The problem
The portal takes JPG. Your phone saved a PNG, or a screenshot, and the box rejects it without saying why.
What SahiScan does
Pick the file, choose the format the form wants, and get a file it will accept.
The details that matter
- A transparent background becomes white rather than black. Formats that cannot store transparency fill it with whatever they default to, and black is how a signature turns into a rectangle.
- The extension follows what is actually inside the file. A PNG renamed to .jpg is rejected by anything that checks, which is most portals.
