1. What SahiScan does
SahiScan helps you prepare images and documents to meet the size and dimension requirements published by examination bodies and government portals. We never receive or see the files you work with.
2. ⚠️ Requirements change — you must verify them
The app includes size and format requirements for a number of examinations and portals, each labelled with the cycle it applies to.
These change, sometimes between one cycle and the next, and an authority may alter or withdraw a requirement at any time without notice.
You are responsible for confirming every requirement against the current official notification before you upload anything. We provide this information in good faith and take care over its accuracy, but we do not guarantee it is current, accurate or complete, and we are not responsible for an application that is rejected, delayed or refused for any reason.
3. Passport-size photographs
The passport photo tool produces a photograph at the dimensions you select. In India "passport size photo" commonly means a 3.5 × 4.5 cm photo for forms, and that is what this tool is designed for.
Applications for an actual passport or visa are held to stricter standards — head position, expression, lighting and shadow. The app controls geometry and background; it cannot control how you were lit or photographed. Always check the issuing authority's own specification.
4. ID masking
The masking tool hides digits it detects. You must check the result yourself before sharing. If detection misses a digit, that digit remains visible. The app requires you to confirm the masked image, and that confirmation is yours to give.
5. No professional advice
SahiScan is a document tool. Nothing in it is legal, immigration or administrative advice.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use SahiScan to create, alter or falsify identity documents, certificates, or any record, or to misrepresent yourself to any authority. The app is for formatting documents you are entitled to submit.
7. Advertising
The app is free and supported by advertising. Ads come from Google AdMob and we do not control which are shown.
8. No warranty
SahiScan is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its output will be accepted by any authority.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, WEU Innovations is not liable for any loss arising from use of SahiScan, including a rejected application, a missed deadline, or lost files. We hold no copy of anything you create — keep your own backups.
10. Your files
You own everything you create with SahiScan. We have no access to it and claim no rights over it.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be posted here with a new date.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
