A small Android app that does one unglamorous thing properly: makes a file the exact size an Indian exam or government portal will accept.
Why it exists
Every exam form publishes its own numbers, buried in a notification PDF. The photo must be so many kilobytes, the signature so many pixels, the scanned certificate under some other ceiling. Miss one and the upload fails, often without saying which rule you broke.
The tools that solve this mostly want your document uploaded to a server first. For a marksheet or an ID card, that is a poor trade. With SahiScan there is nothing to upload, and we never see your files.
