SahiScan stores very little about you, and you can remove all of it.
What is stored
- Your email address, from signing in with Google or Facebook
- Any profile details you chose to enter: first name, last name, phone number, date of birth, gender
Every profile field is optional and the app works without them.
Your documents are not stored by us. Scans, photos, signatures and print sheets stay in SahiScan's private storage on your phone. We never receive them, so there is nothing on our side to delete.
Remove it from your phone
Open SahiScan, tap your picture in the top right, and choose Sign out. That clears the profile details from the device immediately.
Uninstalling the app deletes every document you created with it.
Delete it from our records
Email contact@weuinnovations.in from the address you signed in with, asking us to delete your account.
We will remove the account and everything stored against it within 30 days, and reply to confirm. You do not need to give a reason.
