Reorder and rotate pages
Put the pages in the right order and the right way up.
The problem
The scanner took the pages in whatever order they came off the pile, two of them are sideways, and page four is the back of an envelope. The upload box takes one file and wants it readable.
What SahiScan does
Open the PDF, drag the pages into order, turn the ones that came out sideways, remove what does not belong, and save a new file.
The details that matter
- Every page is shown as a thumbnail with its number, so the order you are making is the order the file comes out in. Rotating is a quarter turn at a time and can be done to one page or to all of them at once, which is what a batch fed in sideways needs.
- Pages are moved and turned as they are, not redrawn: text stays text and the file stays the size it was. A damaged file the app cannot read that way is still rearranged, as pictures of its pages.
- The last page cannot be removed, because a PDF with no pages is a file no reader opens. The original is untouched either way: you get a new file beside it.
