How it works
- 1
Open the form in Edit PDF
Then More, then Form.
- 2
Tap a box
The form’s own boxes light up.
- 3
Type and save
Your answers go into the form itself.
The problem
Many government and college forms are PDFs with boxes built in, meant to be filled on a computer. On a phone they open read-only, and people end up printing them to write in a box.
What SahiScan does
Open the form in Edit PDF, then More and Form. The form’s own boxes light up; tap one, type, and save. A form with no boxes can be typed on anywhere with Text.
The details that matter
- Your answers go into the form’s fields, so a portal that reads the form reads what you typed.
- Boxes the form marks read-only stay read-only - the app keeps to what the form allows.
- We never see your files.
Questions people ask
How do I fill a PDF form on my phone?
Open All PDF tools, then Edit PDF, then More and Form. Tap a box, type your answer and save.
What if the PDF has no boxes to tap?
Some forms are just printed lines. Use Text in Edit PDF to type anywhere on the page instead.
Some boxes will not change. Why?
The form has made them read-only, and the app keeps to that.
Is it free?
Yes. Every tool in SahiScan is free, with no trial and no watermark on anything you make.
